Passionate About food and pastry 

I started cooking at the age of 17 ,having Worked in all the areas of the kitchen .

But in the end I fell in love with pastry .

Every day is a teaching day and its the best part of the job .

My Background is 5 star hotels and Michelin Restaurants .

Also I have been in BBC Creme de La Creme season 1 where I reached the  semi final  and on Bake Off the Professionals 2019 managing to get to final .

My ethos is flavour ,flavour and more flavour using the best ingredients available and  as locally as possible .

My aim is to pass on my experience accumulated over the years .
